Motivation

When employees are not trained well in order to get their tasks done, they feel the job is too difficult to them and struggle. Good working conditions are also important to them. They want a safe work place and job security, otherwise, the job is just too hard for them.

When employees are responsible to their job, but are working in a difficult condition, they are hardly satisfied. They might be afraid of losing their job. The only thing that keeps them working would be job security, high wages or just their responsibility for the job. Even though they feel this is a hard job, they need it to live. I believe these hard workers are very responsible for their tasks, and even more, they achieve to master.

Employees who are satisfied with their work are very helpful. They are highly motivated because they have all needs of job satisfaction that make them proud for their work. They are skilled, secured, and well paid. They have built a good relationship with colleagues and employers. Since they are satisfied workers, they work hard and help each other, but do not bring so much stress on themselves. Every environment around them satisfies them and motivates them to create good products.

If I am a manager and want to make my subordinates satisfied with their work, I would first make a good work condition and keep a close relationship with them. I would like them to feel comfortable to talk with me when they face a difficult situation. Then I would try to maximize expectancy. I believe it is important for them to improve and keep up efforts of work. Also I would clarify the rules and policies, which would make them understand about the regulations.
